This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 10800 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.
By registering or using the 10800 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the 10800 platform. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10800 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to use 10800's services. If you have not reached the required age, you are not permitted to register or use this platform. 10800 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account reasonably suspected of belonging to an underage user until verification is complete.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 10800 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 10800 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials, including their password, confidential. 10800 will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team at [email protected].
Users are advised to use a strong and unique password and to never share their login details with any other party. 10800 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 10800 platform agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, including false identity verification or using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to make deposits.
- Colluding with other users to exploit bonuses, promotions, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Abusing the bonus system through multiple account registrations or any other method that violates the platform's bonus policy.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without authorisation from 10800 management.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of related bonuses and winnings, and legal action where deemed necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
Currency & Deposit Methods
All transactions on the 10800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, FPX, and debit or credit cards issued by licensed banks in Malaysia. All deposits must originate from an account or card registered in the user's own name.
Processing & Withdrawals
Successful deposits are usually credited to your platform account within minutes. Any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors are beyond 10800's control. For withdrawals, users must fulfil any active rollover requirements before funds can be released. Valid withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Tax & Financial Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations or financial reporting requirements related to their winnings on the 10800 platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. 10800 is not liable for any personal tax liabilities incurred by users.
All amounts displayed on the platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 10800 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 10800 platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that services will operate without interruption or error at all times. 10800 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, temporary suspension, or data errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
10800 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any threat to the security of the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited and only a valid deposit balance may be returned upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 10800 platform, including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 10800 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from management.
Third-Party Links
The 10800 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 10800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Access to any external service is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
10800 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the user's acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute.
